Core Responsibilities
- Evaluate and present various insurance policy options tailored to the needs and goals of prospective clients.
- Achieve new business production targets as set forth.
- Generate new business through effective prospecting and leveraging referral sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, encourage additional sales, and resolve any issues.
- Stay informed about new product offerings.
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain or currently hold an active Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Must be able to obtain or currently hold an active Life & Health Insurance license.
- Strong ability to multi-task and follow through on commitments.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Must adhere to strict FCC regulations; applicants with any theft, violence, or drug-related charges within the past seven years, or any convictions related to FCC violations, should not apply.
