About the Role

Sift is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Product Marketing organization, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between Product and other stakeholders to drive growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Maintain Product Positioning: Create and execute strategies to position our products and services in the market, resonating with our target buyer personas.
  2. Partner with Product Management: Collaborate with Product Management to understand the value of product features and benefits, providing feedback and insights for roadmap plans.
  3. Create and Execute Marketing Plans: Develop and execute marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption, aligning with our overall business objectives.
  4. Educate Stakeholders: Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  5. Develop Sales Enablement Materials: Create marketing collateral, such as datasheets, product videos, and sales enablement materials, that articulate the product value and its benefits.
  6. Plan for Feature Launches: Plan and manage the cross-functional implementation of feature launches, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.
Requirements
  1. 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise software.
  2. Experience managing strategy and GTM efforts for a product/product line.
  3. Strong visual and verbal storytelling skills.
  4. Technical background with the ability to build and deliver demos.
  5. Experience launching SaaS products in ML, identity, and/or security domains.
  6. Curiosity, creativity, and a strong ability to distill complexity into crisp, easily comprehensible messaging.
