Role Overview of Reliability Engineer:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including data centers, servers, networks, and firewalls across various locations
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of IT services, supervising both existing and new IT platforms and applications
  • Provide expert-level support for the organization's data infrastructure, networks, telecommunications, and applications
  • Ensure ongoing service maintenance, emphasizing availability, security, and overall system health
  • Lead capacity planning, manage system-wide changes, and respond to emergencies effectively
  • Act as a liaison within the IT sector, collaborating with functional managers to successfully drive diverse projects

Qualifications Required for Reliability Engineer:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems
