Position Overview:

As a key member of our Civil Engineering team, the Senior Civil Engineer will play a vital role in the advancement of water resource infrastructure. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in managing and designing projects related to water distribution and wastewater treatment.

Role Responsibilities:

The Senior Civil Engineer will:

1. Spearhead the design and execution of water resource initiatives, particularly focusing on wastewater treatment facilities and water treatment systems.
2. Formulate and implement project strategies, encompassing budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
3. Provide mentorship to junior engineers, offering technical insights to promote professional development and project success.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental scientists and regulatory bodies, to ensure project compliance and innovation.
5. Uphold industry standards and strive to exceed client expectations in all project deliverables.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- A valid California P.E. license in Civil Engineering.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, specifically in water and wastewater projects.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
