Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including data centers, servers, networks, and firewalls across various locations.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of IT service management, from conception and design to deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of existing and future IT platforms and applications.
- Provide engineering-level support for data centers, networks, telecommunications, systems, and applications.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and overall health of the company’s information systems through effective maintenance.
- Engage in capacity planning, change management, and emergency response for system-wide challenges.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and functional managers to drive projects (such as HR systems, point-of-sale systems, and display technologies) from inception to completion.
