Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to minimize equipment downtime and optimize maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address reliability-related issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent future failures.
- Develop and maintain asset maintenance plans, including preventive maintenance tasks and predictive testing methods.
- Apply data analysis techniques, such as statistical process control and reliability modeling, to inform maintenance decisions.
- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams to ensure effective equipment operation and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including maintenance procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and other relevant tools.
