Position Summary:
As we grow our Civil Division, we are seeking a skilled Water Resources Engineer to spearhead the Water Resources section. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset to effectively manage both public and private sector projects. Our clientele includes educational institutions, water agencies, governmental bodies, community service districts, and various developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, planning, and execution of water resource initiatives, focusing on wastewater treatment and water treatment facilities.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing technical expertise to ensure successful project outcomes and professional development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental scientists and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards while exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, particularly in water and wastewater projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
