Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Client Partner to join our team. As a senior leader, you will manage a team of Client Partners across the Automotive function. You will need to have natural leadership skills, the ability to coach, develop, and challenge your direct reports, and strong senior-level client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Have command of and be responsible for the growth of your vertical at Snap and be able to inform client teams on trends in that vertical.
  2. Manage a team of Client Partners.
  3. Build and manage relationships with key senior clients and agency partners.
  4. Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs.
  5. Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies and narratives.
  6. Understand broad vertical trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business.
  7. Assist Sales leadership with determining individual quotas and account lists for team members.
  8. Coach, mentor, and help grow high performers to drive cross-company collaboration and impact beyond achievement to quota.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally).
  2. Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders.
  3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  4. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  5. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  6. Embodies Snap values.
  7. Ability to travel as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent years of experience.
  2. 12+ years of experience in the digital media space.
  3. 2+ years of experience managing a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers within the vertical and advertising agencies.
  2. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
