We are seeking a Senior Manager, Client Partner to join our team at Snap Inc. As a senior leader, you will oversee a team of Client Partners specializing in the Automotive sector. We are looking for someone with natural leadership abilities, capable of mentoring, developing, and pushing their team members to excel, as well as possessing strong client-facing skills at the senior level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth of your assigned vertical at Snap
  • Supervise a team of Client Partners
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and agency partners
  • Ensure team meets revenue quotas and KPIs
  • Develop and execute KPI-driven measurement strategies
  • Identify strategic opportunities for business growth based on industry trends
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on setting quotas and account lists
  • Mentor high performers to foster cross-company collaboration and impact
Requirements
  • Effective communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to conduct meetings with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving the sales process from planning to closure
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and team management abilities
  • Alignment with Snap values
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of digital media experience
  • 2+ years of team management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships with brand marketers and advertising agencies
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and various management levels

Compensation:

In the United States, salaries for positions are determined based on various factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The salary range for this role is competitive and includes participation in a sales incentive program and equity grants in the form of RSUs.
