Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer value. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth within the WeatherDesk and ClimateDesk solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Manage and coach sales teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales processes and strategies
  • Articulate customer requirements to Maxar stakeholders and leaders
  • Drive internal processes to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and Maxar
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience carrying a sales quota
  • 3-5 years of experience leading sales teams
  • Bachelors in Meteorology, Weather Science, or equivalent experience in industry
  • Deep customer knowledge and network
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and negotiating skills
