Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of sales professionals in the WeatherDesk and ClimateDesk solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership, value generation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive go-to-market activities for established and new offerings
  • Direct sales activity and revenue delivery within the line of business
  • Define and refine strategy for sales and customer-focused activities
  • Coach sellers in all aspects of the sales process, including rigorous qualification of customer opportunities
  • Influence cross-functional teams to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and Maxar
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in Meteorology, Weather Science, or equivalent experience in industry
  • 7-10 years of experience carrying a sales quota
  • 3-5 years of experience leading sales teams

  • Deep customer knowledge and network
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Team player and demonstrated high level of integrity
  • Demonstrates creativity in developing winning solutions
