Job Description

At TopGrowth IT Solution, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Intern. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading various aspects of our sales strategy, including lead generation, client outreach, market research, proposal writing, and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through online platforms and social media, leveraging your analytical and research skills to uncover new business opportunities.
  2. Client Outreach: Establish relationships with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls, showcasing our services and building trust.
  3. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industries, competitors, and potential clients to inform our sales strategy and identify areas for growth.
  4. Proposal Writing: Assist in crafting compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our value proposition and win over new clients.
  5. Follow-up: Maintain open communication with leads and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to drive sales progress.
  6. Sales Reporting: Track and report daily sales activities, including leads generated, follow-ups, and sales progress, to inform our sales strategy and optimize results.

Requirements:

  1. Pursuing or completed a Business or Marketing degree.
  2. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  3. Interest in sales and business development.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Tech-savvy (CRM tools, email marketing, social media).
  6. Analytical and research skills.
  7. Team player with a positive attitude.
  8. Attention to detail.
