Job Overview

PackRight is a leading provider of warehousing, fulfillment services, packaging & printing, integrations, kitting & assembly, inventory management, sourcing, and contact center services. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales strategies.
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound inquiries from potential customers.
  • Present tailored solutions to prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to final sale.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help improve products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a focus on inside sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and develop lasting relationships.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
