Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Inside Sales and possess excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Present and pitch company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Initiate sales process by preparing proposals, completing the account setup, and understanding customer requirements.
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Maintain sales materials and attend sales training classes as directed to enhance current and future product knowledge.
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other operations of the branch to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded, and maintain goodwill for future business.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales.
  • Deep knowledge in sales and sales administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with current and potential customers and suppliers.
  • Exemplary customer orientation and proven negotiation skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
