Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative serves as a key member of the Venturi Supply sales team, responsible for generating new sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.

This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through project management, tracking open sales orders, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction.
  • Determine accurate product pricing by consulting pricing matrices and complex tables.
  • Ensure timely shipment of materials and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to contribute to add-on sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and problem resolution when outside sales personnel are unavailable.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of inside sales experience in the same or similar industry preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 and experience with distribution-specific ERP systems, preferably Eclipse.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
