Business Development Sales Associate

We are seeking a talented Business Development Sales Associate to join our Conexwest team. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has a proven track record of over-achieving quota.
Job OverviewThe primary responsibility of this position will be to source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails, as well as understand customer needs and requirements to route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Responsibilities:- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
- Proven inside and outside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
This hybrid position comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid sick leave, accrued paid time off, paid training, and six paid company holidays.
