Job Overview

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Account Manager to lead and nurture our essential accounts throughout North America. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison for senior partners, addressing their requirements and resolving challenges with efficiency. Your duties will encompass collaborating with internal teams to initiate new projects, updating stakeholders on initiative progress, educating existing accounts on newly developed products, and forecasting key account performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the assigned customer portfolio, including markets, products, ongoing issues, upcoming projects, main competitors, performance metrics, and business history.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends, facilitating communication and implementation with internal stakeholders.
  • Create a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.
  • Achieve customer retention objectives and promote the adoption of Aggregation services and Content products.
  • Enhance existing processes within the organization and actively contribute to all Customer Success initiatives.
  • Report on the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within the organization, focusing on key content relevant to each market and brand.
  • Identify and define growth opportunities for accounts while ensuring efficient account operations.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to lead commercial negotiations and marketing proposals.
  • Assist in forecasting and monitoring key account performance metrics.
  • Act as the primary contact for entering new markets and adding new content for internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the initiation of new projects, identifying the appropriate stakeholders and coordinating with them.
  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure client performance expectations are met and implement various technical solutions to maximize partnership effectiveness.
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences, utilizing data and analysis to showcase trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain active communication with relevant departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with partner needs and objectives.
  • Manage documentation for additional vendors and brands.
  • Coordinate internal meetings for project updates related to internal customers.
  • Occasionally travel to meet internal customers as required.
Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the iGaming sector is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a strong focus on independent work and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborative skills, demonstrating a natural ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience in analytics and data-driven decision-making, with the capability to derive insights from data.
