Job Overview

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Account Manager to lead and manage our significant accounts throughout North America. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary liaison for senior-level partners, effectively addressing their requirements and resolving any challenges that may arise. Your duties will encompass collaborating with internal teams to initiate new projects, providing updates on ongoing initiatives, educating existing accounts on newly developed products, and forecasting essential account metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the customers within your assigned portfolio, including markets, products, current issues, upcoming projects, main competitors, performance metrics, and business history.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and services, identify industry trends, and assist in communicating and implementing these insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Create a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.
  • Achieve customer retention objectives and promote customer engagement with Aggregation services and Content products.
  • Enhance existing processes within the organization and actively contribute to all Customer Success initiatives.
  • Communicate the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities internally, focusing on key content for each market and brand.
  • Identify and define growth opportunities for accounts while ensuring efficient account operations.
  • With support from Senior Management, lead commercial negotiations and marketing proposals, including promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in forecasting and monitoring key account metrics.
  • Act as the primary contact for entering new markets and integrating new content for internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for initiating new projects, identifying the appropriate stakeholders, and coordinating with them for the assignment of a Partnership Manager, dedicated tech team, QA, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client performance expectations are met and implement various technical solutions to support commercial strategies that maximize partnerships.
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences, utilizing data and analysis to highlight trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain active communication with relevant departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with our partners' needs and objectives.
  • Manage documentation for additional vendors and brands.
  • Coordinate internal meetings for project updates related to internal customers.
  • Occasionally travel to meet internal customers as necessary for events or face-to-face meetings.
Qualifications
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the iGaming sector is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong organizational capabilities: The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines is crucial for this position, which involves coordinating and executing various initiatives simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused: The ability to work independently while maintaining a keen attention to detail, driven by targets and the pursuit of business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and listening abilities, comfortable addressing both internal and external opportunities and concerns.
  • Collaborative mindset: A natural team player who is curious, energetic, and motivated by working with members of sourcing, finance, technology, and optimization teams.
  • Experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making: The ability to derive commercial decisions and timelines from data insights and projections.
