Territory Expansion Manager

About the RoleYou will work closely with our dedicated Sales Director to develop your territory and provide exceptional service to our business partners. Your primary responsibilities will include educating business owners on FinTech's Payment Solutions, developing strong relationships with business owners, and working collaboratively with our Support Team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate business owners on FinTech's Payment Solutions, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
- Develop strong relationships with business owners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with our Support Team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Self-motivation and drive, with the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal and written abilities for pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Ability to meet sales targets, consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Time management skills, prioritizing multiple clients or leads effectively.
- Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel locally or regionally to meet clients.
- High level of professionalism, with an ethical and customer-focused approach to sales.
- Availability, with a willingness to commit to a flexible schedule based on client needs.
- Access to technology, including a smartphone, laptop, and internet access for remote selling.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on performance and location.
