We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, or a related field in construction equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in construction equipment or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
