Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Safilo USA. As a key representative for our company, you will be responsible for selling our portfolio of eyewear products to customers in the Tampa, FL area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with our local sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Solicit and procure orders of Safilo USA product lines within the assigned geographical area;
  • Grow the market demand for the Safilo portfolio of products in a collection of customer accounts within a geographical area;
  • Effectively act as a business consultant on product knowledge and programs;
  • Deliver volume and net sales objectives for all Safilo portfolio of products;
  • Ensure brand visual merchandising standards are met, refresh and leverage POP materials;
  • Cultivate the existing customer base, while partnering with the local sales representative team to prospect for new potential customers in the market;

Requirements:

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Positive & Motivated self-starter, process-oriented with a high attention to detail;
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual;

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
