About the Opportunity
NISA Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in our market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client needs are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year, based on a strong base pay and great commission schedule with milestone bonus opportunities.
