Position Overview

J. J. Keller is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator. Are you enthusiastic about assisting clients in a dynamic, non-call center environment? As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will manage a designated account portfolio and serve as a vital link between your clients and J. J. Keller's offerings to ensure their requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. With the rapid expansion of the Managed Services division, we have a proven history of associates advancing their careers within the organization. In this position, you will be responsible for:
  • Fostering relationships with your client portfolio and maintaining regular communication through phone and email.
  • Generating and formatting reports to share with your clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to guarantee the accuracy of your client portfolio's information and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes and nurtures relationships with assigned clients and oversees client interactions. Acts as the primary contact between J. J. Keller and the client, which includes:
    • Maintaining open communication via phone, e-mail, fax, and correspondence
    • Informing clients about regulatory requirements, providing interpretations and best practices
    • Identifying clients' needs and determining how J. J. Keller can best address those needs
    • Investigating and resolving billing and payment discrepancies
    • Updating client-specific profile information
  • Monitors client obligations to ensure adherence to service standards; analyzes compliance trends and, if necessary, develops formal improvement initiatives.
  • Ensures that company and client-specific processes and procedures are executed accurately and promptly. Aids in the internal documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Updates and evaluates client-specific reports.
  • Maintains expertise regarding applicable local, state, and federal regulations to provide education and clarification to clients.
  • Assists with onboarding new clients, including initial assessments.
  • Safeguards the confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks. Complies with the department's data security policies concerning Personal Identification Information.

Qualifications

Experience/Education:
  • 3 years of overall office experience with at least 1 year of client services experience in a professional services setting.
  • Post-secondary education in a business-related field is preferred.
  • In lieu of a degree or experience, a combination of education and relevant office experience will be considered.
Other Skills/Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Word with intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
Physical Requirements

Work is primarily conducted in a standard office environment. Duties involve the operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods. Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer locations, and/or industry training events may also be required, depending on the assignment.
