Client Support Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and engaging with clients? This role offers you the chance to assist customers by providing them with vital information, pricing details, and resolving issues to foster both new and returning business. You will also oversee accurate inventory management and maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including billing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring to return any voicemails within a two-hour window.
- Possess a solid understanding of various software applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Input data accurately and efficiently.
- Comprehend the company's offerings and associated pricing structures.
- Adapt to new products and services as required by the organization and clientele.
- Employ Standard Reporting procedures to deliver insightful information to customers.
- Investigate and address all inquiries from both internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with customers regarding any order-related questions or issues.
- Process billing or credits promptly after thorough research and necessary approvals.
- Conduct outreach calls to both new and existing clients to enhance relationships.
- Assist with additional tasks as required.
- Enjoys engaging with customers through various communication channels.
- Exhibits strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrates proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Reliable team player with a strong sense of accountability.
- Exhibits outstanding customer service orientation and urgency.
- Bi-lingual capabilities are advantageous.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry roles.
- Experience in warehousing or inventory management is a plus.
