The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to phone inquiries in a courteous manner and ensure timely follow-up on voicemails.
  • Possess a solid understanding of various software applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Input data accurately and efficiently.
  • Comprehend company offerings and associated pricing structures.
  • Adapt to new products and services as needed by the organization and clients.
  • Utilize standard reporting procedures to deliver relevant information to customers.
  • Investigate and address all inquiries from both internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate with customers regarding any order-related questions or issues.
  • Process billing or credits promptly after thorough investigation and necessary approvals.
  • Conduct outreach calls to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Enjoys interacting with clients through various communication channels.
  • Exhibits strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrates proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Reliability and teamwork are essential attributes.
  • Displays a strong customer-centric approach and a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry.
  • Experience in warehousing or inventory management is a plus.
