ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Enjoys engaging with customers through various communication channels.
  • Exhibits strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Reliable team player with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibits a sense of urgency and exceptional customer focus.
  • Bi-lingual capabilities are advantageous.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry roles.
  • Experience in warehousing or inventory management is a plus.
