Job Description

Buckner Children and Family Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Family Hope Center Program in San Antonio, TX.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Family Hope Center Director/Manager and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration, including filing, research, and report preparation.
  • Supervise office operations, including mail, telephone, and clerical duties.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as expense reports, enrollment paperwork, and bookkeeping.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Spanish language proficiency required.
  • At least 2 years of prior office management experience required.
  • Recent computer training or experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and liability insurance required.
