Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator - Financial Services role at VIP Tech involves providing high-level administrative support to our family office director and other senior staff members. This includes managing bookkeeping, filing, and supply management, as well as assisting with tenant correspondence and scheduling meetings.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage bookkeeping duties, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
• Develop and maintain efficient filing and supply management systems
• Coordinate tenant correspondence, including sending invoices and collecting rent
• Arrange meetings and travel for senior staff members
• Provide exceptional administrative support to the family office director and other family members

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Minimum three years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a family office setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
