As an Administrative Health Services Coordinator, you will be part of a team working towards advancing health equity on a global scale.

This position involves managing initial member triage, administrative intake, admission/discharge information post-notification, working with hospitals, and collaborating with clinical teams. The responsibilities include handling incoming calls, processing requests for services from providers/members, providing information on available network services, and transferring members to clinical staff as necessary. Additionally, this function entails managing referrals, processing incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification, and census roles.

  • A moderate level of work experience within the function is required.
  • Some tasks are completed without established procedures.
  • Basic tasks are performed without review by others.
  • Supervision/guidance is needed for more complex tasks.

This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, with employees expected to have flexibility to work any 8-hour shift schedule during regular business hours (8am-5pm). There may be occasional overtime requirements based on business needs. Our office location is at 19500 Ih 10W, San Antonio, TX 78249.

We provide three weeks of on-the-job training, scheduled Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
