About This Role

UT Health San Antonio is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support to our department or group of professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently with minimal supervision. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for gathering data, working on special projects, and performing various office duties as assigned.

Under direct supervision, the successful candidate will provide general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering data and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations

  • Performing general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records

What We Offer

Required Skills and Qualifications
