Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our employees and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Communication: Maintain contact lists and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, while also communicating effectively with employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, as well as experience with other administrative software and systems.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (Spanish Fluent/Native) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Compensation: $16/hr to $18/hr, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
