We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Receptionist to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Bilingual (Spanish Fluent/Native).
