Position Overview:

The HR Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive support across various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, communication, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Casino.
  • Ensure the HR office environment is welcoming, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Warmly greet visitors to the HR department, addressing inquiries, assisting with application processes, and managing phone communications.
  • Respond to team member inquiries and escalate issues as necessary to facilitate swift resolutions.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, conducting data entry, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing talent auditions, performance evaluations, and onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal communications, including employee portals and informational postings.
  • Exhibit professionalism and friendliness in all interactions with team members, applicants, and guests.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional guest service in alignment with departmental and organizational standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all company matters.
  • Coordinate the reservation of training facilities and necessary audiovisual equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels of departmental supplies and initiate orders as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a human resources support role.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated ability in organizational planning and project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills are a plus.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Work Hours:

Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality and entertainment sector, employees must be prepared to work flexible schedules to meet the operational needs of the organization.

Certification Requirements:

This position does not involve the sale, service, or distribution of alcoholic beverages. A Level 3 NE Gaming License is required.
