Job Title: Office Administrator

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our branch office by providing administrative support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to management, including correspondence, data entry, and filing.
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies and materials within budget.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and phones.
  • Manage manual checkbook, petty cash, and incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and record messages.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in general office practices.
  • Professional communication skills, including verbal and written.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to utilize various computer programs, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
