Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Randstad. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our executives and teams, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Manage calendars for executives and teams, including setting reminders and coordinating events to ensure seamless scheduling.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Generate reports and compile data as requested by management to provide valuable insights and support decision-making.
- Assist with preparing presentations and other documents to ensure high-quality and professional materials.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
