Job Summary:

Nardello & Co., a leading global investigative firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join their New York office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the investigative team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
    • Manage daily office administration, including mail, packages, and office supplies.
    • Troubleshoot issues with office equipment and interact with repair vendors.
    • Liaise with building management staff to report and resolve issues related to the office's physical operation.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Answer phone calls, route messages, and provide administrative support to investigative staff.
    • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, and document creation.
  • Operations Support:
    • Perform conflict checks and sanctions checks.
    • Maintain and update CRM and Salesforce.
    • Assist with records retention and maintenance.
  • Marketing & Events:
    • Assemble marketing and presentation materials.
    • Assist with internal events and activities.
  • Ad Hoc:
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least three years of administrative support experience in a professional services or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive problem-solving, detail-oriented, team player, and proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in-office five days a week, with occasional overtime hours required.
  • Significant amount of sitting and computer work.
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds.
