Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of office build-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, expectations, and scope.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, incorporating product lead times and construction timelines.
  • Manage project performance against goals, objectives, schedule, and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project scope, schedule, budget, or quality.
  • Coordinate with architects, general contractors, electricians, data vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings, weekly huddle meetings, and OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) meetings.
  • Oversee furniture installation and provide detailed updates to clients.
  • Conduct punch walks with clients, document punch items, and track their resolution.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the contract furniture industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of standard industry software and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Core and CAP experience is preferred.
