Position Overview:
The Senior Administrative Support role is pivotal in overseeing the operations of multiple administrative staff members. This position is tasked with training, mentoring, and guiding other administrative personnel to ensure that all output meets and exceeds established quality standards. The role also encompasses providing comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance in alignment with standardized protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel as necessary.
2. Organize and distribute mail, procure office supplies, and maintain organized filing systems.
3. Handle petty cash transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and monthly reconciliations.
4. Process payments and manage deposit activities, including maintaining accurate cash logs.
5. Create and manage purchase orders with appropriate management approvals, adhering to standardized procedures.
6. Maintain records of consigned inventory and reconcile invoices against purchase orders.
7. Process warranty claims and manage Returned Goods Authorization forms.
8. Review and verify timesheets for accuracy before submission for payroll processing.
9. Ensure timely completion of billing activities and manage accounts receivable tasks.
10. Oversee membership activities, including filing agreements and generating reports.
11. Ensure accurate closure of center tickets and manage employee documentation.
12. Generate reports to track the status of various activities and assist in fiscal closing processes.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in clerical or accounting roles.
- Familiarity with standard administrative practices and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
