Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a well-functional and appealing office environment
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and People and Culture tasks
  • Coordinate social events and gatherings
  • Manage external vendors for contracts and operational activities
  • Prepare meeting rooms and greet visitors
  • Support onboarding for new joiners and supervise financial administration
About You

We are looking for an energetic, vibrant, and smiling individual who can take initiative, think fast, and solve problems. A background in HR or people management is desirable, but not essential.
