Key Responsibilities- Ensure a well-functional and appealing office environment
- Assist with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and People and Culture tasks
- Coordinate social events and gatherings
- Manage external vendors for contracts and operational activities
- Prepare meeting rooms and greet visitors
- Support onboarding for new joiners and supervise financial administration
We are looking for an energetic, vibrant, and smiling individual who can take initiative, think fast, and solve problems. A background in HR or people management is desirable, but not essential. If you are a natural communicator and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
We offer a competitive salary of $28,000 - $38,000 per year and a thriving work environment where every day brings new excitement.
