Role Overview:

We are in search of a motivated Senior Manager for Event Logistics who will significantly contribute to the operational management and execution of our extensive event portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a creative, driven, and energetic professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the challenges associated with managing multiple international events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recommend suitable venues, negotiate optimal agreements, and oversee the process until a signed contract is secured while collaborating with legal teams and adhering to internal policies.
  • Supervise event operations executives.
  • Take ownership of logistics decisions, including supplier selections, and lead the on-site team in executing events from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with Product & Regional Marketing to effectively promote events.
  • Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence while delivering a high-quality experience for attendees.
  • Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and partners post-signature, maintaining close communication with the Conference Producer and Sponsorship Manager.
  • Provide monthly reports on event expenditures, including performance metrics, and offer recommendations when tracking indicates deviations from targets.
  • Organize and produce all on-site signage, including stage setups, to fulfill internal requirements and sponsorship commitments.
  • Foster internal relationships to ensure commercial alignment and effective event coordination.
  • Prioritize client experience and excellence in event delivery.

Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination for marketing events, business events, or conferences.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a strong networking ability.
  • Proficient negotiation skills.
  • Process-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to take initiative and assume ownership of projects while also working collaboratively within a team.
  • Outstanding coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience in researching and analyzing event data to recommend enhancements.
  • Previous experience in line management is advantageous.
