The Springs Event Venues is seeking a highly driven and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Wedding Venue Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual venue and package sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and relationship-building skills
  • Respond to all inquiries and sales leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members
  • Attend and participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
  • Perform general office duties, including contract execution and monthly payments
  • Assist the General Manager with daily operations and duties as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and customer service success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
