Event Sales Professional

The Springs Event Venues is seeking a highly driven and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Wedding Venue Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual venue and package sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and relationship-building skills
- Respond to all inquiries and sales leads in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members
- Attend and participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
- Perform general office duties, including contract execution and monthly payments
- Assist the General Manager with daily operations and duties as needed
- 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and customer service success
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
