Position Overview: In the role of Senior Construction Project Manager, you will spearhead our project initiatives, managing every facet of construction from initial planning through to final execution. Your leadership, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail will guarantee that each project is completed punctually, within financial constraints, and to the utmost quality standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate pre-construction discussions, budgeting, and scheduling to adhere to project timelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders to address construction challenges and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Negotiate agreements, modifications, and enhancements with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project advancement, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments including cost estimation, feasibility studies, energy efficiency, and sustainability evaluations.
  • Design and implement training initiatives to foster environmental stewardship and skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation proficiencies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools, and Excel.
  • OSHA 30 Hour Construction and CPR/First Aid Safety training is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, along with successful background checks and drug screenings.
