Position Overview: In the role of Senior Construction Project Manager, you will spearhead our project initiatives, managing every facet from initial planning through to final execution. Your leadership and meticulous approach will guarantee that each project adheres to timelines, budget constraints, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate pre-construction discussions, budget planning, and scheduling to ensure timely project completion.
  • Engage with stakeholders to address construction challenges and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate contracts, modifications, and amendments with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project advancement, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments including cost analysis, feasibility studies, energy efficiency evaluations, and sustainability considerations.
  • Design and implement training initiatives to foster environmental stewardship and skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project scheduling software, and Excel.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 Hour Construction and CPR/First Aid Safety training is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, along with successful background checks and drug screenings.
