About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise IT Account Manager to join our sales team. As an Enterprise IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients and driving revenue growth through the sale of our innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Work regional trade shows and professional organizations for prospects
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Assist in market assessment and creation or relevant and compelling sales campaigns
  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity and commitment to Salesforce as CRM platform
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
