As a Sales Executive at Prozus, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base. This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts and establishing strong relationships within the industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients looking for engineering support in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling is essential
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Attend industry conventions and networking events to promote Prozus and generate leads
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined in the commission structure
  • Implement effective follow-up strategies to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain Lead Tracking Log in CRM

Qualifications:

  • MUST have previous B2B sales experience, preferably with engineering services within heavy construction or the Energy sectors
  • Self-motivated with a strong, positive sales attitude and a passion for building relationships
  • Premium given for previous engineering experience/qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for conventions and client meetings
  • Proven proficiency in using office software, including CRM software and sales tools
