Job Title: Sales Performance Executive

We are Channel Personnel Services, a leading recruitment agency, and we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Executive to join our team. As a Sales Performance Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; technical (chemical) background is a plus.
  • 10 years proven sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Able to provide clear numerical projections and work with ambitious sales goals.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
