Sales Representative for High-Tech Product Lines

International Staff Consulting is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to drive business growth in our high-tech product lines, including microwave-assisted synthesis, digestion, FTIR, and Raman spectroscopy. The ideal candidate will be based in the southern United States, with a focus on the TX, OK, AR, and LA territories.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Representative, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop new accounts and manage existing relationships to drive sales growth.
- Presentation of products and services to various audiences, including C-suite executives, production managers, lab technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and close business deals.
- Frequent travel (up to 50-60%) for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $81,000 to $91,700 per year, plus an uncapped commission plan that pays monthly from the first dollar earned. Additionally, we provide full benefits, a profit-sharing contribution to your 401(k), and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years. A sign-on bonus opportunity is also available.
Requirements- Experience in technical sales or analytical instruments sales is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- A valid driver's license and passport are required.
