POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the CEO, the marketing manager will spearhead and monitor all marketing initiatives and communications for Aethos and its subsidiary Medspas. This role demands strong leadership skills, focusing on new patient acquisition, customer loyalty, and enhancing brand visibility. Responsibilities include overseeing the Aethos brand and communication strategy, driving business development initiatives, managing media relations, and leading branded events.

Applicants should possess a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, customer demographics, preferences, and competitive dynamics, along with a proven track record in executing effective marketing strategies. The ability to create innovative and engaging marketing content—encompassing advertisements, graphics, written material, and videos—is essential. This role also involves managing the production of marketing materials to promote events, special offers, community engagement, and internal initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MARKETING INITIATIVES

  • Serve as the custodian of the brand, ensuring a consistent brand voice and image across all customer interactions.
  • Oversee communications with business partners executing various digital marketing strategies for Aethos and its subsidiaries.
  • Organize and manage a calendar of monthly promotional events, keeping customers and internal teams informed.
  • Drive impactful marketing initiatives and assess results through established KPIs.
  • Lead SEO efforts and adjust campaigns to meet defined benchmarks.
  • Plan and execute on-site and off-site events, including creating surveys, checklists, marketing materials, and branded merchandise.
  • Coordinate website updates and enhancements with external partners.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and the broader community.
  • Maintain current merchandising displays and oversee in-office branding and collateral.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Lead social media strategies across established platforms.
  • Implement online marketing campaigns utilizing video, photo, and promotional content.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar.
  • Collaborate with designated marketing agencies for social media engagement and community management.
  • Define KPIs for social media initiatives and utilize marketing tools to measure success.
  • Innovate new methods for content development and capture.
  • Manage the online reputation of the practice across various platforms.
  • Analyze data from campaigns to refine strategies and improve engagement.

INFLUENCER RELATIONS

  • Develop and oversee the influencer engagement program, including outreach, negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Build relationships with social media influencers to create a robust network.
  • Collaborate with external partners to execute influencer marketing efforts.

CONTENT CREATION

  • Assist in producing materials for brand marketing, special promotions, and community outreach.
  • Create compelling content for all marketing channels to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to foster creative thinking and innovative concepts.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns, including strategy, design, implementation, and performance analysis.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate and execute internal and external events, ensuring effective communication and promotion.
  • Track RSVPs and engage with participants for events.
  • Support charity initiatives and internal campaigns.

REPORTING & ANALYSIS

  • Direct the monthly marketing calendar to promote cross-functional collaboration for an exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead post-event evaluations, creating reports to inform future marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in a marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success in executing marketing initiatives, preferably in aesthetic medicine or plastic surgery.
  • Strong analytical skills related to marketing data.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven capacity to plan and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Proficient in reputation management tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly.
