The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and operations to enhance brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and drive lead generation. This position is integral to the marketing team, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Act as a vital member of the marketing team by participating in both strategic and tactical efforts to fulfill the organization’s marketing goals.
- Perform market research and competitor assessments to guide strategic choices and refine marketing approaches for sustained competitive edge.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, including campaign setup in CRM and subsequent tracking and reporting of outcomes.
- Oversee creative projects in collaboration with agencies, focusing on website, Pay Per Click, and radio advertising partners.
- Collaborate with agencies to assess and recommend new creative and website content based on market trends and business objectives.
- Conduct semi-annual competitive evaluations.
- Design and implement email marketing communications utilizing Pardot and/or Salesforce.
- Leverage Salesforce to analyze client interactions and data, including leads, signups, and client segmentation, to generate reports for marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing events, partnership opportunities, and business development efforts, ensuring all logistics and promotional materials are in place.
- Manage marketing collateral, ensuring quality and alignment with current marketing strategies.
- Track and fulfill requests in Asana for the Marketing Service Bureau, collaborating with external creative teams and agencies for design, video production, copywriting, and print needs.
- Oversee marketing inventory and invoices for firm collateral, including ordering promotional items and managing budgets.
- At least 7 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Willingness to work in the office four days a week.
- Proficiency in marketing communication and analytics tools such as Domo, Salesforce, and Pardot.
- Understanding of competitive analysis techniques and data interpretation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
