About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that enhance supply chain management for food companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions that optimize supply chain management processes for food companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes
- Provide technical support and training to clients on using our software platform
- Analyze client needs and translate them into software requirements
- Assist in the planning and execution of new software features and updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development or related fields
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles, particularly in the food industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
