About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that enhance supply chain management for food companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions that optimize supply chain management processes for food companies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on using our software platform
  • Analyze client needs and translate them into software requirements
  • Assist in the planning and execution of new software features and updates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software development or related fields
  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles, particularly in the food industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
